Wow, thanks for the mention!! Let's kick imposter syndrome in the butt.
What a lovely wrap-up post with a lot of good things going on in your part of the world.
Live music is the s***. We've been worried that the trad music scene is declining in Ireland, and maybe it is, but some week ago a new trad festival kicked off in our town, and since then we've been busy every week with several music events and more! Good vibes indeed and just what we need during the dull winter season.
You are welcome…lovely photography…thanks for sharing! We are looking forward to experiencing some trad Irish music in May as we’ll be over for a visit :)
We will be in Dublin 2 nights, Kinsale 3 nights, Dingle 3 nights, Galway 4 nights, Sligo 3 nights, Letterkenny 3 nights, Portrush 3 nights, and then 1 last night in Dublin before heading back home. There are 6 of us total - me, my wife, her sister and husband, and a couple of our long-time friends :)
That sounds like a great itinerary and that you'll see a lot of good things! Do visit the Blacks brewery & distillery in Kinsale if you have a chance (and are into it, but you mentioned beer in this post, so...)
I love what you're doing and your focus on community. We should strive to collaborate with others, working together to ensure that small businesses thrive, but also to forge new relationships and friendships so desperately needed today. I can't wait until my next visit to Michigan!
