Episode Summary: In our very first episode, we dive into the charm and adventures of Grand Marais, Michigan, with Robin and Bill Scully, who share their journey from below the bridge to life in the North Woods.
Great episode! Happy to have found you. We love the whole Lake Superior and UP region and look forward to retiring there too. Our spots are Keweenaw and Munising.
Thanks Mark!! We love the UP too. Keweenaw is wonderful. We've had some great adventures up that way. Got any favorite spots? During the pandemic we found this area just to the west of Houghton with the most beautiful trees in fall. I'd say better than M22.
We visited the ice caves in Eben Junction a couple weeks ago. Beautiful. Laughing Whitefish Falls is spectacular. Then Brockway mountain. There is so much to see but I spend the most time just watching the lake.
We will definitely make time for the Dunes Saloon this year.
